Why do I persist in trying to organize events? Even small ones are fraught with complication...

Last weekend, I had two completely independent conversations about wanting to go to the zoo. So I decided I wanted to go, and get a few people to go with me. Then I had to worry about everybody's schedules. Finally, I've just given up and decided to go two weeks in a row so I can go with everyone.

You know who never got back to me about it? The two people I had the conversations with last weekend...
