Hello, internet people, where have you gone? Is it fun there? Why was I not invited?

There's been nothing at all on my friends list since a webcomic feed at 5:00 AM. I know, most of my friends don't post at all any more, some people just don't have anything to say some days -- but I read enough random stuff that this is very unusual. And I've been trying very hard not to babble and fill up the virtual silence, because I'm afraid I'm going to start seeing echoes.

Meetings all day. Including the President's mid-year address (which this year was all about "Why we're facing yet another 6.3 percent budget cut in the middle of an ongoing budget year, and you should blame Christie")

On the other hand, I have enough non-Drew-origin friends on my list that I get posts from a number of time zones. And on some very esoteric subjects, which I enjoy.
